Pet Policy
- All Custodians of Pets shall ensure that their pets are routinely vaccinated by a qualified Veterinary Doctor.
- All residents shall register any pet they intend to keep within the homes with the Estate Facility Office.
- The registration fee per pet is ₦1,000 and the pet owners should bring a full-size picture of their pet.
- Pets are not allowed on the Estate playground or Beach Front. Any defaulter will be liable to a fine as provided in the table below.
- Residents are encouraged to send pictures of pets found loitering within the Estate unleashed to the Estate’s WhatsApp group, Telegram group or email and FMC for approved sanctions.
- All enclosures, cages and pens constructed, maintained and kept by any Resident shall always be kept clean and odor free.

Under no circumstance is breeding of animals allowed on
Resident’s
properties.
- All residents are obliged to comply with all relevant laws in Nigeria relating to the maintenance of pets.
- Aggressive animals that are known to represent a danger to other animals or people are prohibited in the Estate.
- Pens or cages for pets should be constructed within the confines of resident’s apartment/compound. No pens or cages for pets may be constructed on the Common Areas of the Estate.
